The extension arm use special design to provide crush zone for main
grip. It will be broken easier than main grip from serious impact, thus
save your main grips. There is a notch to fix nylon nut so that it is
not required to use wrench while fasten. There is a friendly design on
the top of rotor holder, which has a calibration line to align for zero
pitch.
New DFC main rotor housing uses hollow design, the weight is only 5.6g.
It uses M2.5 socket collar screws to make rotor holder and main shaft
closer and improve the 3D flight capability.
The appearance of new DFC rotor housing is quite simple; the V frame
provides a strong support structure and reduces the damage possibility.
The bottom of new DFC rotor housing is fully enclosed to avoid split
while impact.
There is a friendly design added on the top of rotor holder, which has a
calibration to align for zero pitch. DFC head damper integrates 85
degree rubber and enlarges the external diameter to 7mm, which improves
the flapping function and the asymmetrical of lifting, reduces the
fatigue of main blade, and enhance the flight stability.
DFC main shaft applied ultra-low center of gravity short main shaft
design, the new design has no SF control arm, and the support portion
for linkage uses stainless steel making the rotor head look better.

damper has a incline design inside, thus it can hole the bearing more
efficiently.
Please note the plate of trust bearing with bigger internal diameter
has to be installed closed to the hub, which can transmit the pulling
force. And the obverse of bearing faces inside.
Introduction
6061-T6 Aluminum alloy CNC processing, applicable to all TAROT 450
modified DFC rotor head. DFC main shaft applied ultra-low center of
gravity short main shaft design; the level of main rotor is closed to
the center of gravity, which can improve the performance of 3D flight.
New bearing became bigger so that it can absorb the longitudinal and
lateral vibration efficiently, and endure stronger pulling force.
New feathering shaft applied the specification of 480. Use 12.9 degree
M2.5 full thread screw to lock the shaft to reduce the possibility of
screw loosing. The valid tread is 8mm to absorb the vibration. The
middle portion of the new DFC feathering shaft is 3.5mm so that it can
avoid the impact focus on the rotor housing.
